Haas motorsports is the only American F1 team on the grid and they happened to be headquartered in Charlotte. F1 is a sport of extreme micromanagement, drama, team turnover, and constant change. It is also a notorious playground for billionaire playboys who want to flaunt their wealth and egos. It is the perfect pet project for David Tepper. I could actually see him being very successful in that area. Haas is basically the Panthers of F1 as it is.

David please consider this new opportunity to park your wealth. Thank you.

The only thing Tepper is proven to be good at is investments.  As good as it would be for Tepper to have a diversion, the profit on the Panthers, regardless of terrible team performance is probably (this is my assumption but I am ignorant of motor sport team profit) a bigger cash cow than the motorsports angle.  Tepper paid 2.2 billion for the team.  Five years later he has transformed it into the stinkiest hot mess in the NFL and it is valued at a little over 4 billion.  What other business can you have top to bottom ineptness and still double your money in 5 years?

      True. Then he says some other stuff I forget, it was yesterday. I couldn’t really get a great, or real strong maybe,  justification for Young over the undrafted guy that did beat him, in those subsequent comments. I’d need to listen again. But the larger claim against the title or headline is correct. Valid. More people are getting tired of watching him fail though. This sort of truth or fact distortion will (could) start to equal the distortion we saw prior to the draft that was coming from the opposite direction. New theory: I guess if it is a more popular opinion, more dumbasses try and lie for it.
