A GM and Coach who want $ and control will see the opportunity here.  Save the team, and be a hero.  A rich one.  There will also be more of a cushion to do this over time to “get it right”.

And if you don’t?  That’s easy - Tepper is the problem.  Easy out.

We now have a better chance of getting someone that sees this as an opportunity and wants to make a name for themself, and stuff their pockets.   

It's the New Year and all that jazz.. but the fact that the NFL office didn't have a statement out within an hour of the video surfacing is giving me vibes that we're gonna get second hand information about a fine and thats about all we're gonna hear about it.. from the NFL atleast.

Can't hit rock bottom until you admit you have a problem, and our owner spends every single off-season convincing himself there is no problem and that were just one or two moves away from winning. 

 

Ownership has to wake up, realize we are a terrible team, and approach the off-season with the understanding that we will continue to be bad next year no matter what they do. 

 

Because until we give up on next season we will continue to make "win now" moves and continue this tail spin.

0-17, 1st team to lose every game in a 17 game season, while putting together a 20 game losing streak will be real close to rock bottom. Maybe if we can go 0-27 and take that terrible Bucs record for ourselves, maybe that would be the absolute rock bottom.

If you are gonna tell me that with Andy dalton and a top 5 defense we would still only have 2 wins this year you better be a cot damn magician because that will have to be some amazing convincing.
