Nothing else to talk about..lol

The Hall of Famer said that he celebrated his 50th birthday by testing out his jets. If he's to be believed, it appears as though the afterburners still work just fine.

"Quick update from the Birthday Boy," he wrote on his Twitter page. "I think today I became the fastest 50 year old in the world! @9AM today, I celebrated my 50th BDay ... by running the 40 yard dash in Orlando, Florida in a time of 4.43!

Please do understand that it is not me thats great, but the Holy God of the universe that has blessed me!" he wrote on his Twitter page. "I can do ALL things through Him."

Actually its Rod Woodson but the former Redskin fan in me will always think of Green.

Come on, man. I was a Steelers guy (a Woodson guy), and I was not particularly fond of Sanders, but after watching the man talk the talk and walk the walk---shutting down the likes of Jerry Rice---I have to give him his due.

If QBs dared throw his way, he was an every play threat to take it to the house.

Green would definitely be in my top 5, as well as Woodson.

If what Green says is true, he would dust Sanders right now. Sanders looked kind of Stupid on his reality show, riding around the house on his little motorized scooter. He has a hot wife, though.

    • No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad
    • I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.
    • Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
