This is a business. I hope/know JR knows that and I'm sure he felt the effects of it in 09 when Jake threw it to anybody and everybody. I hope JR pulls rank and insist that 3 start from day one.

I for one dont give a sh*t about mini camp, training camp, pre-season games. I care about the regular season where our QB throws it to our players more than the opposing teams players. 17 is done as a starter and lets hope 3 has JR's back. Moore is inspiring to the team and to the fans, those of you at the games could see that.

Expect Jake to be throughly tested in preseason.

and then...

The 'finger excuse' will serve two purposes, ironically opposite in nature...

Fox: "He looked good in camp, real good. His finger is now completely healed and is unnoticeable. I truly believe Jake has settled in after last year, and really taken initiative in working hard to still be able to compete at this level. I have full confidence in Jake and plan on starting him as our QB for the 2010 season."

Actually, one should. It call "competition". How else did you know when one should be a starter or not? I'm not talking about just Jake here. I'm talking about everyone on the team. While I'm fine with Moore being the new starter, but he still need to compete in TC & others as everyone else. And that included Smitty, Gross, Harris, Beason, etc.

If I'm being 100% honest I'll probably yell and scream at the TV as if Fox and everyone could hear me. Then when Jake throws an inevitable pick 6, I'll throw my hat and scream some more and turn the game off during the second half if jake is still the starter because my blood pressure will be so incredibly high that I might stroke out if I watch the second half.

and if moore ends up coming in the second half i'll have to catch the highlights on ESPN.
