Peppers makes himself at home

Damn, Dimbee is in denial.

Hardly. Track down the original Bears sign Peppers thread and you'll find my first post to be: "Damn, he's going to look good taking plays of in that Bears navy and orange!"

I'm all too familiar with Pep and his tendencies. I've watched all of his games, just like you all. I am not wearing any Bears homer glasses, as I've stated several times, and expect Pep to morph in Jared Allen. But considering I'm accustomed to getting 5-9 sacks from the Bears DEs, this is an upgrade.

Which shows you don't know poo about the Bears salary cap room. Even with Peppers' contract, we were able to sign 2 other top Free Agents. With this coming season being an uncapped year, and who knows about the next, you're just talking out of your ass because you're still buttsore from losing him. It's ok...

We! WE!! Your stock just took a nose dive in my opinion.:D

lol right...anger issues? Because signing huge contracts before a lockout is really smart. Talk to me again in 2-3 years on how you feel about Peppers. I have no hate for pep I actually like him now more than ever now that he left. I believe the team is better without him. I don't get emotionally attached to any players when their not worth their money they need to be gone, I agree with everything that has been done this year. It would have been nice to get something for Pepper's two years ago

Still even on a Panthers forum you haven't figured out Panther fans. No one really has hate for Peppers-it was really the situation with him and the front office, not trading him and instead keeping him. Most fans just want him out of here, not cause we don't think he's good he just isn't worth near as much money as he's being paid as youll soon find out. You won't find many truly displeased with Peppers leaving, at least I haven't.

You cant be serious..lol

Pep blaming his problems on Charlotte. Moving to Chicago is called a geographic cure. It usually doesn't [cure].

Funny how he "needed" out of Charlotte but he recently complained that the Panthers had not offered him a contract.

Jake got cut and has not uttered a bad word about Charlotte or the Panthers. If Pep just had half the heart and half the character of Jake.........

That last sentence sums it up about Pep right there.

I have to give props to Brentson Buckner for being dead-on on this. He's been saying that Peppers has been tired of the city of Charlotte more than just the Panthers for a while now.

I think the Panthers could have gone 16-0 or 0-16 this season and/or last and Peppers could have been offered the exact contract he was looking for and he still would have wanted out just so he could get out of Charlotte.

Pep's idiotic comments made me hate him even more. He bring up that Chicago has more professional teams than Charlotte. But what that has to do with joining the Bears, Pep?? And he mention Beason was wrong? I bet the truth hurt, Pep. You forgot to mention Charlotte isn't only just about the Panthers. Ever heard of the Bobcats?? Enjoy playing for a weaker defense than our & having a QB that throw as much INT. as Jake does in Cutler, Pep.

And we try to offer you the contract 2 yrs. ago, but you turn it down. And now you're complaining like you were never offered one? Boy, Pep isn't really that bright as he seem.

Pep is a physical specimen. he'll have at least 2-3 10+ sack seasons. ive never seen a dude that big move like him. and he has sick ass workouts. i think you can youtube em. he'll have his 3 sack games and his stretches of games without any. but that dude is a freak.

i was under the impression that most players have off season houses at the destinations that they enjoy living at.

oh yea and by the way, a 30 year old never had a girlfriend highest paid NFL defensive player in the corner of a club peering deeply into the eyes of every man that comes up to him? and then he and his "adviser" start whispering in each others ear and giggling? lol two plus two usually equals four.

I'm glad he's gone.

I don't care if his sexual proclivities are male or female.

I careded about what he did on the field and we all have our opinions.

To me, he has never been worth what was paid him, ever. He is no Reggie White, he is no Deacon Jones or Merlin Olsen, or anything based on his impact. He should have been a sure fire hall of famer, he won't be. I guess the money makes up for that.

Lady Panther is right. His own inconsistencies over the past year speaks for itself.

He is, where he wants to be. Good for him.

I wish the Observer would drop the Jake/Julius stories. They are gone. It is over. Talk about the players who are currently left.
