Pac thinks JR is looking past 2010 writing the season off and unloading big contracts for the uncapped year. Pack says they've always wanted to win but this philosophy doesn't fit what going on.

Marty says people are afraid of change mainly and believes in the young players. Doesn't think Boldin would've been a good fit for the big picture. He would rather gain competitiveness through the draft.

Agreed I'd prefer more balance. Two of the best RB's with one of the best passing attacks. We've got Smitty. Matt may surprise the league, yes, but we need that other WR.

The only thing about the Youth Movement and draft building that bothers me, is that if there is no season in 2011, they'll sit an entire year. So in 2012, it'll be very similar to this year with them starting fresh. Things may not mesh until 2013 or 2014 for some. I want a competitive team today, not in four years.
