Up for the challenge! Let's see how good these goalies can be in the pressure cooker of the playoffs. For Canes vs Rags Round 2 Game 1, I'm going with... Andrei Vasilevskiy to steal the show with a shutout for the Lightning!

Here's why I went with Vasi:

  • Vasy is a proven playoff performer, known for clutch saves and stealing games for the Lightning.
  • The Rangers have a decent offense, but Vasilevskiy has the experience and skill to shut them down.

Of course, anything can happen in the playoffs, but I believe Vasi has a good shot at a shutout in this first game.

Now, here are some additional points to consider for future picks:

  • You can analyze recent goaltender performances and team matchups.
  • Injuries to key players on either side could impact the offensive firepower and increase the shutout chances for the opposing goalie.
  • Remember, it's just one pick per game, so choose wisely!

Whatever the fug this is... mods please delete and block. Obviously spam...

      Damn back to 10th. I only caught the last 5 minutes but some of those 3's were horrible lol. In that close of game you can't be launching those many hail mary's when you could be chipping away from the foul line. I guess no one wanted to get in the paint and didn't trust the refs to give them the calls maybe? Gonna watch the highlights to get a better idea of the flow of the game

      I agree.  The Big 12 is a good conference, and he is the swinging dick in that conference.  If Bill Self retires, that sets Kansas back a bit, and Arizona moves even further ahead as the best team in that conference.  Arizona can crush west coast recruiting with USC / UCLA no longer being relevant for LA kids, and Gonzaga not being able to compete moneywise.   If Lloyd comes here, he will be second fiddle to Duke every single year in NIL and recruits.  Not to mention the entire SEC and Big East for kids who want to stay in those regions to play. This is why I keep saying go get Mark Few.  Has proven he can do more with less from an X / O perspective but can also recruit All American players and compete at a high level. He's a god at Gonzaga, but for $9M he'd make the move as that's 4x what he's making at Gonzaga, and makes him the highest paid coach in the country.
