Cant beat them to the edge and can’t bowl them over.  NFL defenders are bigger stronger and faster than Penn state

Gotta respect the effort from Boise state.  Clearly outmatched but they are a well coached team.

People might complain that the games aren’t super close but I’ve been enjoying the new playoffs so far.  This is what college football has always been.  Haves and have nots.

Hopefully the games tomorrow will be more competitive.  Nice slate of games looking forward to it

I'd prefer if the game went down to the wire, but that was a well fought game.  Penn State had some questionable coaching decisions, but both teams showed up to play.

Yeah, I said last week that I expected tonight's game to continue the trend of uncompetitive games. I think Texas puts it on ASU pretty bad too. Don't be shocked if ND gets their ass kicked too. I expect OSU/Oregon to be a damn good game though.

I watched about 10 minutes of the game last night, seemed more like Boise State blew its chances to win than Penn State dominated.  Hands to the face penalty that cost them a TD and then an ugly interception.  Then a missed relatively easy fg.

Penn St seemed like a poorly coached team that luckily just had more talent overall to get past them.   I don’t watch a lot of Penn St football so maybe that was just a bad day….but their coaching nor QB impressed.  

Think Boise St had the better coaching and QB play….but just too much of a talent disparity overall on the rosters
