special teams are going to be dramatically improved.

one thing to keep in mind...they haven't addressed the returner situation yet. you want a clue what direction the draft is going to go, esp. in regards to WR? look for the guys who can return. we will get at least one solid returner and he will probably be taken early.

i love this new attention paid to special teams, though. this is what i have been wanting them to do for quite a while. quit picking up depth players who are long term projects hoping that they can play special teams and pick up solid STers who might be able to play a skill position in a pinch.

Teal could at least play S..these guys for the most part are strictly ST guys
hudson can play safety enough (he has a good bit of experience doing both), same with francisco. between the two of them, harris, godfrey, and martin we should be covered. i don't see us adding anymore to the secondary unless they can do returns.

and teal isn't all that great anyway. he didn't do anything for most of the season. wesley passed him up and was a whole lot more involved and productive. i'd honestly be surprised if teal was still on the team post TC.

Teal was solid when he played..keep in mind Godfrey was was still playing bad at the time..but Hudson could be a good backup but I hope it never gets to the point where Franciso has to play on defense he cant cover for anything

    • Hornets lead down to 16 early in the third.   Derrick White is single handedly keeping the Celtics in this game.
    • Looks like Miller is definitely grabbing his wrist out there.
    • Going by the visit tracker, so far, Im sure more will be added but just bowl games and combine, Carolina looks to be going defense in first 3 rounds Not my tracker but 2025 was pretty good..  tracker link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Kb5OsG9q7ZWk-lamQ_KXBiqxZrcAWXsTDyan7ZKByYQ/edit?gid=0#gid=0   Caleb Banks DT Florida 1st Sonny Styles LB Ohio State 1st CJ Allen LB Georgia 1st Kedrick Faulk EDGE Auburn 1st Gabe Jacas EDGE Illinois 2nd Jacob Rodriguez LB Texas Tech 2nd Derrick Moore EDGE Michigan 2nd Darrell Jackson Jr. DT Florida St. 3rd Ted Hurst WR Georgia St. 3rd Romello Height EDGE Texas Tech 3rd Kyle Louis LB Pittsburgh 3rd Genesis Smith S Arizona 3rd Jalon Kilgore S South Carolina 4th Jude Bowry OT Boston Col. 4th Austin Barber OT Florida 4th Kage Casey OT Boise St. 4th Justin Joly TE NC State 4th Daylen Everette CB Georgia 4th Sawyer Robertson QB Baylor 5th Adam Randall RB Clemson 6th Jalen Huskey S Maryland 6th Mason Reiger EDGE Wisconsin 6th Kaleb Proctor DT SE Louisiana 6th Andre Fuller CB Toledo 7th Landon Robinson DT Navy 7th Reuben Unije OT UCLA UDFA Delby Lemieux IOL Dartmouth UDFA Emmanuel Henderson WR Kansas UDFA Brandon Cleveland DT NC State UDFA Ayden Garnes CB Arizona UDFA Al'zillion Hamilton CB Fresno St. UDFA Marcus Allen CB North Carolina UDFA Nick Dawkins C Penn St. UDFA West Weeks LB LSU UDFA Austin Leausa C BYU UDFA Tristan Leigh OT Clemson UDFA Rashad Battle CB Pittsburgh UDFA Elijah Culp CB James Madison UDFA Gavin Gibson CB North Carolina UDFA Camden Brown WR Georgia Southern UDFA Fintan Brose IOL Delaware UDFA
