The ACC as a whole was just dreadful this year. No way to sugarcoat it. Tourney confirmed it.

If duke comes up short they can honestly fairly blame it on the conference schedule being so soft that they went the majority of the season virtually untested.

I personally had a sneaky feeling we would lose this game.  Too many people picking us and his team has done this (like you said) all year.  Glad it’s over honestly

I don't cheer for unc to lose unless they're playing Duke. Indifferent in the regular season and then like the ACC to do well in the tourney. Its more fun when Carolina is good vs Duke butt fuging them by 30 and deciding to stop playing in the second half.

      when we drafted Bryce Young that team might have been more talented than the team we currently have ?  that was the whole reasoning behind morgagting  our immediate future to trade up to #1 overall for BY. our front offices & owners felt like hey guess what the time is now to srike while the iron is hot go hire an All Star coaching staff we were only a Qb away from taking that next step ..just saying

      I just dont get the worry over losing a practice squad player that just went undrafted. Everyone just made their selections. The chances of a team wanting to sign him to an active roster after not selecting him is very low.  If that interested they would have taken him late to evaluate in person. As far as I can tell two qbs were signed off another teams practice squad last season and they were both going in to their 5th season.

      I enjoyed reading this thread and the usual banter that follows. The only silver lining I can identify right now is we do actually have a couple of young QB's behind him and we do have a nice roster on both sides of the ball built around the most important position. So if the team overall shows some promise but we still falter largely due to a lack of consistent passing output (again) hopefully the decision makers can be free to make the best decision for the team going forward after the conclusion of this upcoming season.
