Shout out to Damien Lewis

The guy could have easily taken the easy road and got his UGL repaired. Then he would be done for this lost season, but this guy is different. He found the largest elbow contraption in the world and kept playing with 1, 2, and 3-7 record. It's his first year here too, not like the team could have forced him. Hunt is a force and gets plenty of love, lewis deserves similar praise with the defenders knowing he's playing hurt.

I wasn't aware he was hurt. Well with that particular injury anyway. I knew he had missed time with other injuries but I cannot remember the specifics.

He missed one game and choose to keep playing. I tired to find a picture of the huge elbow device he wears each game, but googles fails me.... It's what the MLBers call Tommy John surgery.......the problem is it takes 9 months for non-pitchers to recover. If I were him, once the playoff(lololllolololol) are mathed @ 0.0, Id get a head start and go for surgery. 

Still playing hurt on this team??? The guy needs some love and maybe a medal/statue/etc...

That's if Derek is not getting rest on the sidelines while you battle the guy that's fresh off the bench. Oh,and you cannot come off the field without getting injured. Good luck!

Tommy Jone strikes again! If there's any upside, Brock Purdy just had it and he seems to be about where he was before.

There was talk his arm came back stronger after the procedure and the rehab.

So if we need Lewis to throw a football we're in good shape.
