What Charger fans think of us.

It is a little early to say we have 2 franchise QBs. One hasn't taken a snap in an NFL game and the other has only a few games under his belt.

It would be better to say two quality QBs.

Other than that, I completely agree that they are asshats and underachievers. The Chargers that is.

Still trying to figure out what the Chargers have won... other than most overrated underachieving team in the last 10 years award.

I agree, and I actually kind of like the Chargers. But that doesn't change the fact that every year many analysts say that they're Super Bowl bound, and every year they find a way not to live up to those expectations.

We don't have the best running back tandem in NFL history dude, not even close. Maybe not even in the NFL right now after the Vikes have their say this year.

The Vikings? Certainly Peterson is a gamechanger, but who's the other guy that you think could make them the best tandem of backs this year?

My original statement:

We have

Two potential franchise qbs

The best running back tandem in nfl history (both backs are better than any back on your roster)

Two book end tackles

One of the best cb squads in the game

One of the best linebacker squads in the game

and of course a wr who doesnt want to leave the team for a contract. (inb4 irrelevant steve smith breaking his arm comment.)

He responds with:

2 franchise QB's?? try 2 journey men awful to average QB's.

Try 2 1 year wonder nobody limited RB's. RM will be better than both by the end of 2010, I'll make a $50 Pay Pal bet.

You have one of the 5 worst o-lines in the NFL.

Your CB's are undersized and really average at best.

Steve Smith is washed up and injury prone and has no QB throwing to him.

Outside of Beason, you really have no real starters on your defense.

Rivers demolished your D in that game. Even washed up LT had his way until injured.

There is a reason you started what 0-5 or 0-6 last year. You don't have much talent on your team.

You have 1 year wonder RB. No WR's outside of a older undersized injury prone malcontent WR, no TE's, bad o-line, no QB, lost any players worth anything on your d-line, 1 good LB, the secondary not much to write home about.

I'll bet you anything you wont win more than 3 or 4 games next year.

I think Chargers fans are rather delusi.....retarded.

And if you are wondering why I am posting on a Bronco forum.

1. I got banned from the chargers forum in 08 for some minor smack

2. Broncos have a good forum with respectable members, I joined back when we faced them in 08' and grew fond of them.

3. I am a The Golden Calf of Bristol fan lol

You made some odd comments too..

However, that guy took the CAKE!

He didn't even check his facts before he posted..

Oh, one last thing..

That bet he made you....TAKE IT!!

Been a Chargers fan for many years, since I was a kid. RM should be a great back. Our duo won't stay together long enough to become the greatest ever. Stewart will take over sometime this season and be the #1 next year. I doubt DeWill will stick around long as the #2 when he can be a #1 elsewhere. we don't have 2 franchise QB's, we have 1 potential one.

If you have overinflated boasts, you're bound to get underinflated criticisims.

I disagree with everything in this post.

That has little to do with it. Would not have happened had DeAngelo not gotten injured. Great duo of course, best of all time is ignorant and/or homerism.

I think if they play at the same level we've seen for two years for maybe two more, you could make the case that they're one of the greatest tandems ever.

Consider that they've played lights out with almost no semblance of a passing game. Of course, I guess the argument could be made that they racked up all those yards because we couldn't pass the ball effectively, as well. ;)

I think if they carry our team to a Super Bowl then yes. If not, it's meaningless jabber with no real conclusion.
