Could the Panthers send 3 Olinemen to the Pro Bowl?

I was watching the camp preview for the offensive line on panthers.com, and one of the hosts was talking about how the Panthers could very well send 2 or 3 players to the Pro-Bowl this year.

Jordan Gross is considered to be a top player at his position, while Kalil is being touted by some analysts as the 2nd or 3rd best player at his position in the entire league. Jeff Otah has been phenomenal for us, and I think this year he will step into that "top-talent" role on the team.

Travelle Wharton has been very good for us since his return to LG a few seasons as well, so even he could have a shot if he plays well this season.

What do YOU guys think?

Can the Panthers send 3 O-Linemen to the Pro Bowl this year?

(Yes, yes, I know the Pro Bowl is nothing more than a popularity contest, but still, it's the offseason)

the pro bowl is a joke
this^^^ and count me in among those who don't want our players to go to the pro-bowl. not that great of an honor anymore...crap game...just a popularity contest. it doesn't have much to do with how talented they are, just how many fans you can get to vote a hundred times for players on your team.
i think if the Panthers send 3 o-linemen to the probowl none of them will play because we'll be preparing for the super bowl.

also, the guys you send will go right in to the FO with their agent demanding more money becauyse they now can be considered "pro-bowlers" and that takes away from the money that you can spend on other talent.

imo, both have an equal chance of happening (not that i'm saying it's a huge chance).

    • It depends on what version of bad we are getting. Can't have the locker room tearing apart over it.
    • I think that depends more on how high our pick is. If we have the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd pick i think we are drafting a QB rather than shopping FA market for a QB1. Curious if we’d be reluctant to start a rookie QB week 1 though.
    • Hurney 2.0 and Fitts were so bad I don't know if it was intentional or they were that abysmally clueless. Fittershits panicked repeatedly being on the back end of positional runs while Hurney couldn't evaluate anyone outside of the 1st.  I can't figure out why Plummer still has a jersey. There's no reason. Dalton brings nothing to the table. If another QB gets cut that has given a glimmer of anything better than what we have, we should look, and that goes for every position.  I cant get over how much different this team could have been with a competent GM and having accepted the Rams offer for Burns. This franchise could have gone in a totally different direction.
