What about this move?

he's not fast enough because he weighs 250 lbs but if you were to have gone up to him in January and say, we want to make you our #2 WR, lose 30 lbs, he would have done it and speed would increase with the reduced weight. I'm not saying it should be done now, but why keep three TEs?

Two reasons:

1. Depth. We lose a TE to injury, we need reliable back-ups.

2. Goal Line stands. When we are on the 2 yard line, multiple TE's are going to help get that ball in the end zone. Be it for blocking or receiving reasons.

I seriously wonder if Rosario is faster than Jarrett. I think Barnidge is -- let's line him up wide.

Rosario can't even make consistent plays against linebackers, and the starter of this thread wants to line him out wide, so he can be blanketed by faster athletes. lol

Barnidge, that might be doable....even then...who knows.

Yeah Fiz has suggested this several times in the past...

My problem with this is that I just honestly do not think he's fast enough to consistently line up out wide and beat coverage. No doubt he has ball skills, can locate it and go get it... But, his speed is good enough to beat most LBs in coverage, but definitely not fast enough to beat DBs in man...

Look honestly, we don't have the pieces on the roster - we have to look elsewhere.
