Stew finally gonna play vs Titans?

Just seeing if anyone knows if J Stew is finally gonna play tomorrow night against the Titans.

Hoping to see him out there.

There's really no reason for him to play. Hell he doesn't even practice and runs for 1100 yards.

I'd like 89 to play a couple snaps against Tenn. Offense needs work still and confidence....this is the last chance to legitimately gain that before heading into the start of the season. Smith could get injured in practice or at home or anytime.

Don't want to risk it...he shouldn't play and neither should Smitty. Use this game as a opportunity for Matt Moore to air it out and see which of these receivers is worth their name on the back of the jersey.

Smitty doesn't need it unless moore or jc gets hurt, then we might need him to play qb.

if you don't put Steve on the field then the passing offense could continue to be garbage and Carolina heads into the season not having a clicking offense.

Steve could get hurt in his backyard playing with his kid. We got Jon Beason, Kalil, etc playing down and after down each week consistantly seeing contact every snap.....playing Smitty a handful of snaps (most of which is likely won't be touched) one game ain't that risky compared to other things we are risking.

Preseason scores don't mean squat. You need to be able to move the ball on folks before the season starts though imo.

na way man. dont put stew or smitty on the field. let them get the last of their rest. besides, what if some "chump" tries a "chump move" to break smittys arm up again

I would sit Stew, but CRA has a great point! We need the chemistry in our passing game right now...or it will be very bleak going into opening day

I doubt Jstewart will play. He most likly want play until the regular season. Besides the game ain't tonight. It comes on Saturday night.

Agreed! Play'em! But I am not the guy getting paid to make the choices.
