I need a new one, the one we have doesn't keep coffee hot any longer.

Which ones do you think are the best & worst?

I'm willing to spend around $100.

I bought a Krups coffee maker 3 years ago and it is one of the best I've ever owned. I paid about $90 for it. It does the auto brew thing, auto shut off, and it has a liquid detector so it doesn't turn on when there's no water. When I get home I'll get the model number.

Stay away from Black and Decker. I went through 3 in a year.

I was thinking about a Keurig. Dan has 2 in his workplace and they both get used 20-30+ times a day. Not sure if I'm willing to do the pod or cup thing though.

that stuff is great but it gets expensive quickly. In my experience you can't go wrong with a Krups but I've had a Black and Decker for a few years with no problems. Gets used every day. The only thing it doesn't have is a thermal carafe which I love but can live without.

I've got the Cuisinart coffee maker with the thermal carafe. Works great. Has a bean grinder as well, but it is such a bitch to clean that I just use a separate grinder.

those Keurigs are awesome! Guy across the hall from at work has one and always has a cupboard full of different coffees!!!

I rarely make coffee at home,but I have a Hamilton Beach. Nice thing is it has a stainless carafe, so there's no burner, = no burnt coffee.

Hamilton Beach BrewStation. No carafe to break. I have mine set to start 15 minutes before I get up.

That brand was one of the better brands when I did some research on coffee makers a while ago.

Why spend $100 on a coffee maker. They have them at wal-mart for like $9. Then you can spend $91 on hookers.
