Coffee Makers

I bought a Krups coffee maker 3 years ago and it is one of the best I've ever owned. I paid about $90 for it. It does the auto brew thing, auto shut off, and it has a liquid detector so it doesn't turn on when there's no water. When I get home I'll get the model number.

Stay away from Black and Decker. I went through 3 in a year.

Thanks!

I was thinking about a Keurig. Dan has 2 in his workplace and they both get used 20-30+ times a day. Not sure if I'm willing to do the pod or cup thing though.

that stuff is great but it gets expensive quickly. In my experience you can't go wrong with a Krups but I've had a Black and Decker for a few years with no problems. Gets used every day. The only thing it doesn't have is a thermal carafe which I love but can live without.

those Keurigs are awesome! Guy across the hall from at work has one and always has a cupboard full of different coffees!!!

I rarely make coffee at home, but I have a Hamilton Beach. Nice thing is it has a stainless carafe, so there's no burner, = no burnt coffee.

heard nothing but good things about this, almost bought one a couple of weeks ago just couldn't justify it.

That brand was one of the better brands when I did some research on coffee makers a while ago.
