This. I think (this is all speculation, obviously) that Lafell just beat him out last week. Smith saw it and the coaching staff was considering it. Smith says "Jarrett ain't doing the job. Lafell is. He might drop a pass or two, but he will run the right routes and he will catch some big time balls." So, the staff listened. Now, we have Lafell (who I wanted starting all along) and Smith. I feel even better going into today.
