We were in it for most of the game (4th quarter was just awful to watch) and the Giants aren't pushovers. They play good at home, too. The defense did not play like it should have. If you told me we would score 18 points I would've been willing to bet we would've won. It look's like Matt Moore needs to make better decisions and other than that he is fine. I concerned about the O-line. Maybe it just needs Otah back, but we need them to play well because that gives our offense a much easier job.

I'm thinking the 2nd half breakdown was due to a lot of inexperience. I expected that. Well that's my two cents. I'm sure it was purely original. Go Panthers.

Anyone who was content with that game must have been thrilled with last season.

You can make excuses all day long. Believe me, I've made my share around here. But right now I'm just frustrated, and I'll be damned if I'm going to be content with what I saw today.

What I'm trying to say is, "I'm mad as hell, and I'm not gonna take it anymore!"

I can appreciate the optimism, but how can you be content with that level of play?

For me there is a point of being understanding. It wasn't like we got our asses handed to right form the kick off. We were up at half time! The fourth quarter was just awful for us; they just need to keep that high level of play the whole game. I hope they just get it you know? I actually think the coaching decisions are hurting us than the players on the field.

      I mean in this economy, companies have to be smarter with their spending. Sending reporters to Charlotte to cover a moribund, Pop Warner-level franchise is the ultimate waste of money that should get execs fired. If the media were being kept out, they'd report that--it's the most self-important profession in the world. Even for the locals who know "Panthers suck yet again" stories get them no clicks. Bottom line, no conspiracy here. They're just not worth covering.
