That pass was more of baby than a pass. Stewart had to wait on it for about 9 months and it was still underthrown.

Clausen sucked because he was told to tank the season for Cam. Clausen is the next Peyton Manning.

My point is, last week everyone was criticizing Charles Godfrey, and saying because his picks were tipped that they didn't matter, or were less significant. So I used that same logic with Clausen. pure sarcasm, but if you can't see that he was effective when he was called upon, and moved down the field, then you didn't watch the game.

tipped interceptions matter for a safety, for a QB i always say it depends on the tip. there are some tips that are caused by by WR play, like when the pass is right there and it pops up, for Clausen though, that's not the case, he was scared in the pocket and then lost his confidence.

No, Clausen never threw a TD to a Wide Receiver. I think he was alergic to them.

I wonder how Clausen would do now if he was getting playing time. There's no way he would be as good as Cam, but Chud/Shula are miles better than Davidson/Scherer. It would be real nice to see him do well enough in preseason next year to coax a second or third out of a team in need of a QB.
