If you want to argue he can evaluate a guy who will be second string, over a guy who'll not even be in the league after a year, I'll give you that.

So those late round players are only a good pick if they are talented enough to start? The vast majority of late round picks dont start during there enitre carrers.

When teams draft for late rounds they draft for depth, and special teams. So considring that all four of those players have been used as starters intentionally by this or other teams, Id say he did pretty decent.
