you know, not to put any effort into this thread, but there was a cool website i found that showed a QBs efficiency in passing to certain parts of the field. the field was divided into nine sections like a tic tac toe board, and each section was a different color depending on how well a QB did in those areas, going red to green.

The only place Matt Moore really excelled was with the deep pass, and that's kind of what you'd expect in the offense last year. he was miserable on short to intermediate routes, but up top he was stellar.

Then you look at who he played in those games (Patriots in the snow, bucs, vikings, giants, saints with everyone on the bench) all their pass defenses were pretty much average to mediocre.

Our fanbase if full of morons who don't know a blitz from a post pattern. Too many of us care more about picking their favorite player and bashing his counterpart, than actually paying attention to what's happening on the field.

The fact is, no QB can succeed under these conditions. This vertical passing attack the Panthers are running will not work without the running game being relatively successful.
