I think we're set up for a win next week...

Before Brian St. Diarrhea happened we were doing pretty well. We got blownout but for well over 3 quarters the game was competitive.

We're finally run blocking at a serviceable level. It's not perfect and it is FAR from a 08/09 level but we can at least set up play action off of it. I remember in 05 when I would have killed for a 5.5ypc.

The team has looked dazed and lost at times but they still seem to have held onto some kind of fire. They still fight and still seem to have some pride.

How many injured guys do you think we get back next week?

I feel that Clausen is poised for a breakout game. Not breakout 300 yards 4 TDs, but breakout compared to his former starts.

While the Browns have made noise this season they aren't exactly a powerhouse. They're actually one of the worst teams we will face.

I have to say it but that #1 pick may be in jeopardy:D Lookout Bills!

Much as I hate to say it, because I hate hate hate losing, I'm not sure I want to see us win.

Outside of pride, what does it gain us?

No way I'd ever cheer against my team, but realistically, winning this season isn't necessarily in ou best interests.

With the looks of this team Mr. Scot, I feel comfortable in saying that I don't think they need our help in cheering against them. So, you don't have to feel bad if that feeling is creeping up lol.

I'm not cheering for a loss, but I don't expect wins, and at this point, I'm fine with that - we need that #1 pick.

11/28 1:00 ET At Cleveland -10.5 Carolina Off

That was an early line.

Holy fug it keeps getting worse

Wow... sounds like a bet I need to take.... Give me Carolina and the points...

I do think when we play the Cardinals we will be the favorites in that game. That's one game I am confident we will win.... I think this game with Cleveland comes down to who makes a play late in the 4th quarter.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
