I think Fox packs and moves out by Monday night. Panthers may have interviews already set up for all week. My guess the following Monday they will announce Kevin Gilbride as HC.

Actually I disagree, I think the Panthers will take their time in processing who becomes Head Coach... Remember they can only interview during the bye week before the playoffs but will have to wait until after the Superbowl (if the team is in it) to continue the interview process.

I highly doubt that Gilbride will be in the discussion.

I doubt it will be immediate, but if they already know who then I hope it is.

I don't think the CBA has anything to do with hiring coaches directly, but as has been previously shown it could really complicate things.

Siefert was fired On January 8,Fox was hired January 26. So essentially it took about three weeks last time.
