Fans Earlier in the Season: "I'd feel a lot better if Richardson would just come out and say something or offer us an apology like Jerry Jones did."

(Richardson makes a statement, apologizes and takes responsibility for the awful season)

Fans Now: "So what? You think that makes it any better? Let's see some action! Gimme my money back! You still suck!"

Except Jerruh actually did something and the team immediately shows massive improvement.

Since the coaching change the Cowboys have beaten the Giants, Detroit, Indianappolis and if Williams falls down New Orleans.

Don't post stupid poo.

we are 1-11 and just gave up 31 unanswered points in the second half of a game. I think people are a little more pissed off this week, thus the knee jerk reactions.

I'm fine with his letter. Although I am still pissed about they way this season went down.

Who exactly is our version of Jason Garrett?

Exactly, sad what management has done to this team.

Excellent point.

You want Richardson to "do something" like what Jones did. Tell me, who is that guy he promotes?

While you're at it, tell me who it is who chose the assistant coaches? Was that Jerry too?

I would certainly hope Richarrdson had veto power on coaches.

One thing I'm completely certain on. Jerry Jones came in and gave Jason Garrett a contract a couple years back assuring Garrett would be there when this day came.

    • It goes deeper than that for me. When I started watching the Panthers as a kid I fell in love with Mark Fields’ story during that SB run. He wore #58. Then TD wore it and kept the tradition of the being the soul of the Panthers. The next time someone wears #58 I hope brings that same spirit
    • T-Mac is a nickname, Tet is a shortening of Tetairoa. Like you said below... your name is Jonathan, I could see "Jonny" being considered a nickname, but Jon isn't a nickname, it's a shortening of Johnathan, see the difference? And if your mom named you Jonathan for it's biblical significance/meaning, because she was very religious, I think it would be different. T-Mac is Polynesian, so much in their culture has deeper meaning for them, particularly names.  So for his mom to feel this way, I highly doubt it's just because she likes the name Tetairoa and not Tet, it's much more likely than not to be because the name itself has a deeper meaning in their culture.   Particularly as T-Mac himself has often talked about how much his Polynesian heritage means to himself and his family. And no, I'm not saying all this because of how much he's my guy, if he was just "normal american" and his name was Jonathan and he didn't like fans calling him Jon, I'd probably just say tough poo.  It's that he's Polynesian and I know things like names have a much deeper meaning in their culture than they do in ours for the most part. For whatever it's worth, a quick google search.......
