I'm always a little leery of guys that have college careers like this.  5th year seniors are at an advantage in college, and are most times closer to their ceiling than a guy coming out after 3 years.

Horrible argument in comparison to the potential Edge Rusher picks who have exactly 0 high level successful years statistically. Looking at you Walker, Williams, and Shemar. That said all on the table I probably go Walker over Warren, but the paper don’t look so good.. 🤷‍♂️

based on his production in his very very limited snaps, coupled with his leadership and intangibles, walkers floor is sky high

And he was productive at 19 and 20 years old at the highest level of college.

I want walker bad but my gut says he isnt going to be an option at 8.   I think teams are playing possum on this dude.   If the only flaw you can find is that he is one inch too short then yeah man he is a legit prospect

Of course I did. I’m talking about stats only. 60 total tackles and 6.5 sacks is nowhere near top 10 pick stats. I said I probably pick him and it’s for what’s on tape, between the ears and what he can be. But I’m quoting the one year wonder stat for Warren. And comparing it to zero year wonder from other prospects.

With a team like Georgia you just can't look at stats because they rotate a lot.  Walker has the most sacks and TFL on the best defense in college football.  That's says enough for me

    • I don't really care as much about athleticism and arm strength.  While Murray might be better in that regard, I think Bryce has enough of both to do well in the NFL. The main reason this trade reference is silly is the money and the fact that Murray has been around a long while and hasn't proven that he can perform consistently when the game is on the line.  Bryce has shown that he can play well in the clutch (in the few opportunities he has had).
    • If Bryce can continue the level of play he showed after the benching, then there's a good shot we at least compete to win the division. Tampa is a solid team but even last year in our week division they went 10-7 and will be on their 4th OC in as many years. The Saints are a mess and are in a mist of a half rebuild half still trying to compete mode and will probably be starting a rookie QB. The Falcons are a wild card as they have a really good offense but are we really crowning Michael Penix as a franchise QB after just 3 games?  The only thing I want out of this season is for Bryce to come out and without a shadow of a doubt prove he's our franchise QB. If that happens then most of the fanbase would be happy and I believe we'd be in a good place record wise at the end of the season. Maybe falling just short of winning the division with a chance to sneak in as a wild card team.
