I'm thinking that he makes mention of the passing season, but only to take responsibility for the youth movement. He's going to commit to getting the best coach out there that he can, and say things that make you think he's proud of the organization.

The big news will be an announced renovation to the stadium, to make it once again one of the best in the league. He's also going to put Hurney on the spot about Free Agents, making it clear that we'll spend to get the right ones in here.

It's odd that he chose Tuesday to have this thing. It's too early to be a coaching announcement unless we've had a deal done with someone for a while now and have already complied with the Rooney rule.
