Ryan is a wildcard. To me, hes alot different than Fox. hes not reserved, and he seems like a guy that would be willing to take more risks (good and bad) than any other candidate. Of course his mouth will get him into trouble, but I also think that he could be good for bringing in players. Players love him. Im not sure. To me its Rivera and Ryan...then everyone else.

this. to me ryan is boom or bust.

if we go for him we'd better go for broke on the offensive coordinator.

this has a little bit of excitement to it at least. i wouldn't be upset, esp. if he had a good OC that he let do his job.

there is no denying that he has some good coaching genes and his brother is doing well.

he's a pretty big personality so that might be more in line with what they are actually looking for from what i gathered at the press conference.

he'll be a HC at some point.

Me neither, I think he could fit in and relate......to players, fan base, F.O.

    • It's not common for a RB to recover from two ACL tears in the same knee. It's fairly rare. You are correct that it isn't the career ender that it used to be but there is also the fact that we appear to have largely moved on with the additions of Dowdle and Etienne.  Dobbins is a very good example. He has basically missed 54% of his career regular season games since he came into the league in 2020. It will end up being 57% at the conclusion of this season. It's a big contributing factor to why he is on this third NFL team in 6 years. It's certainly possible that may be 4 by the beginning of next season. I would say there is very little chance that Brooks ever contributes in any meaningful way in Carolina. Possibly with another team but I am extremely skeptical of his future here because of those injuries and because of the roster.
    • Dude he didnt play in pre season.....  he didnt practice at all with the team until the end of October.    I do agree though.
    • Bryce had a hand in the Miami win but not nearly as large of one as Rico and he also had the extra burden of being a big reason we were in the hole in the first place. If we get a winning season he is definitely back for next year though.
