True enough, and it'd probably be one of the best situations for Cam to be honest. Not just Romo, but another backup veteran too... He'd be allowed to come along slowly and could really become the icon he wants to be.

Now, we just need to find a way to sell the Cowboys on him...

you are confusing "we" as in us with the Carolina Panthers Front Office. No one here has any clue what they actually think of him, and will not until the Draft. They might already think hes pretty good, or they might think hes not worth the trouble

trust in the scouts we have and the personnel or get rid of them, don't rely on what other teams are saying. while we haven't always hit home runs we've had some good first rounders, so I think that we'll make the right pick.

I was referring to the FO and not us on the message boards. I didn't really make that clear.

We are going to fight over this until April, that I know. And we should. It is fun.

The FO will be the ones to determine whether he is worthy or not. And you know what? I actually trust those guys.

haha sorry, made it nicer. don't take it personally - I think that if Cam is worth it, we'd draft him, but I don't want us drafting him just 'cause other teams like how he looks. and the team wouldn't do that anyway

None. We draft him only if we're comfortable with him. What other people say don't mean jack.

would trade every QB on this roster + #1 pick for Romo

he would instantly make us a playoff team. the reason Dallas failed in the playoffs was because Wade Phillips makes John Fox look like Bill Belichick. he has averaged 29TD's, 14INT's, 4k yards in the last three (full) seasons.

with that said there is NO way they let Romo walk, but if he for some reason is put on the trade block, the Panthers should seriously consider it.
