I never bought into this class. Too many of these guys are dudes that were ranked behind Ward, etc.

Klubnik, Allar, Nussmeier, Beck, etc. Lots of hanging chads from an underwhelming 2025 Draft class.

Ehhhh Ward himself was a 5th year senior and 23 when drafted

I need to see more. Seems like the class bust mold on the surface.

Would rather gamble on guys with more college experience and success. Mateer(depending on this year's outcome/play), Mendoza, Green, etc.

I get the hype on Sellers measurables but, show me more.

Hes got the measurables but not much else... you just don't consistently even see the play making ability out of him that you should for that kind of athlete.

This ^^^ with NIL now you can't judge staying in college the same.... some of these guys are making more than the #1 pick.

Yeah, the Quinn Ewers of the world need to cash NIL checks until they win out of eligibility. Honestly, if you're a QB and you're not a slam dunk 1st rounder I'd say you're better off hitting the portal and taking bids.

Ward, then the prior year was Bo Nix, and Jayden Daniels.

That's putting it kindly. They're complete ass. I don't think they're complete ass enough to give my Heels a legit chance next week but they're ass.

I'll add to that in I think it will actually be a positive trend leading to more experienced and NFL ready QBs because more talented guys are getting more playing time/development.

Weird Texas fetish aside its also having a positive impact on guys who are actually talented as well.

I seem to recall you sh*ting all over Bo Nix too.

An issue might be are the players they playing with and against, good enough to support that kind of development.

But the NFL needs a minor league of some kind.
The talent coming up isn’t really playing the NFL game and the NFL has bent towards the college game. For a while now.

I didn't like Nix at all but I'm not gonna argue with Sean Payton about QBs... or pills

I never understood the silly notion that 25 was too old. Like the main goal is for them to set nfl career records due to total number of years. Having a good qb fir 8 years is fine by me

The problem is trying to evaluate a 25 year old playing against 20 year olds.
