I think that plays a factor for LaMelo, among others. Obviously the biggest being that he just doesn't seem like a guy that will ever be healthy long enough to build around. Also, he still has some maturity issues. He will just basically take himself out of a game every few weeks by losing his poo about some call and then piling up frustration fouls or TO's. I think that goes back to his dad. He always built those kids to focus more on themselves than the game around them. Okay, this was maybe the 4th game I have seen all or part of and I like him. Especially knowing that he wasn't a Lane Kiffin guy the whole time. That's a MASSIVE red flag for QB development. If he was available around the 3rd round or lower, I would absolutely be okay taking a flier on him. Promising prospect. Way more polished than someone like Malik Willis, IMO. -
It's going to hurt when they run it back with Dalton as the only other option next year.
