Loved what I saw of him at Virginia.  A much better player to have on the QB depth chart who actually has the physical tools and ability  to develop over time.  Dare I say, even exciting to watch and develop.

curious if this has more to do with Dalton’s injury or Plummer’s sucking.

I mean, it doesn't look bad, but it is concerning it is so short.  Looks like some of those guys weren't even really trying to tackle him.  I don't know how long he will last trying to play like that with some actual hitters out there.

Good luck to him, though.  At least it is something to get excited about.

He's 6'3 214. I mean if people can wonder aloud if 5'9 190 pound Bryce Young will have 15 rushing touchdowns and not even consider he might get laid out sooner or later idk why anyone would be worried about this UDFA. We brought him in as a passer either way. And if you look at the one game he played in the NFL with the Rams three years ago he was anything but efficient in that area. 100 yards 1 TD 2 INT's 56% completion 44 rushing yards. However it looks like he's put in some work since then. At least he's still fairly young and has been through some adversity to prepare him for this team. That's about all we can really say.

He can probably learn 15-20 considering 50% are running plays. That’s enough for a quarter at least. Probably see Plummer in 1-3 and him in 4th.

For sure.  Hope he gets the 2nd half. Since I torture myself with watching every play of every game, a little juice would be nice.

Funny how you gave Perkins an inch and took one away from Bryce lol

You know how they talk about the speed of the game in the NFL being faster?  Those tacklers looked like they were moving in slow motion.  I just hope dude is prepared for actual impact.

Those stats against the Rams are pretty much what we got from Bryce his first year and a half so anyone complaining about bringing him in to be a back up doesn’t pay attention.

There's a photo of Bryce Young standing next to Kyler Murray. Our guy is not 5'10 just being factual.

At this point we just needed a QB. I feel like he will understand the assignment. Don't suck and don't get hurt.

No complaints here. I'll take anything over the current 2nd and 3rd string. But that's the state of things. It's so pitiful we've got folks basically eating each other here. If you aren't in lockstep with their delusional takes about this offense actually not being dogshit they're on you like a zombie in the walking dead. It's hard times.

Just seems you skewed the numbers on height and weight to fit the narrative.  Update bros Wikipedia page if you are so sure?

They inflate sizes in a lot of sports.  I don't think Young is the only one getting a favorable measurement.

I just hope the guy is ready for the jump.

Trade for Sanders. At least call. The worst they can say is no. I’m guessing some egos are too fragile for that though.

I'd trade for someone for sure.

Trey Lance maybe?

Going into the season with just Bryce Young as your QB is suicide.

    • Other things - I agree could get him fired one day. However, not drafting a tight end this year is not going to be any reason. DC couldn't really do much with how many of the tight ends most of us figured would be around day 3 went day 2. Tight ends I would have liked for us to get day three like Delp, Roush, and Raridon went in the 3rd. I think we were smart not joining that tight end Rush and instead focused on a receiver that was great value where we got him in the 3rd round.
    • He so is far from being what people claimed he was.   What he was, is we hope and pray for consistently average in year 4. That’s what he is.  We should just move on if that’s the best he can be.
    • I am gonna believe it wasn’t us if the 4th round pick price is accurate. We needed 225 points to get from 19 to their pick. 875 at 19 to 1100 at 14.  Our 2026 4th was valued at 56 points I think. A future 4th has less value. So that wasn’t close to enough.    It would have taken our third and our fourth. Comes within a point of even.    Now, moving to their spot in the second round we could have done but after Miami took Rodriguez why would we?
