Any other sport would start around 7 and have the fans out by 9:30.  No reason for 3 hours of commercials to start at 8:20.

That sucks. I don't, I work the night shift taking care of my mom and then sleep most of the day. My mom can't get up or sit up, so needs 24/7 care and we can't afford to have a nurse do it. 

 

That's about when I'll be going to sleep if I'm lucky. lol

That’s 4:20pm on a weekday for west coast which is a significant amount of viewers who would absolutely not be tuning in for the start of it. I don’t disagree that the games go too late but starting earlier isn’t the solution. My preferred solution is scrap TNF altogether.
