They don't

Sunday Ticket is for out of market games, it's pretty simple.  You get access to every game that you can't watch locally on Fox or CBS.

If it's on one of those two where you live, you won't get it, if it's not, you do.  It's the literal reason Sunday Ticket was invented, to get the "out of market" games, I don't understand why people seem to still struggle to understand that.
