The best thing to do in 2022 was hire Wilks and give him a few seasons to see if he could keep the momentum going. No one could have really blamed Tepper if he had to let him go after a year or two. Instead we hired a worse version of a retread and 5 games into his first year he was already telling the media about how awful the meetings were with Tepper on Monday morning. Then we were forced to hire a guy no one else wanted because Tepper had completely embarrassed the franchise on and off the field by the end of 2023. Sure Canales sorta sucks but it’s gonna be hard to find anyone much better given who is in charge of this dumpster fire. We are now at a stage where complaining about the head coach is pointless.

Well, you can't prove anything if you're on the bench. You can't prove anything if you're cut and treated like trash (only to be rehired due to injury). And it's also difficult to prove anything if you're being misused and basically put into positions to fail.

Frank literally said in his press conference he picked the staff and it was easy because Tepper didn’t care about cost.

I'm just still flabbergasted as to getting rid of Renfrow for lesser receivers, and then saying some weak sh¡t like he's not where he needs to be. And, by the way, if you keep misusing him, he's going to be in the hospital thanks to your mousie, pussified QB.

Yeah and that's cool and all but we are several coaches and GM's into this cycle. The facts haven't changed at all during any of these transitions. It's extremely easy to see how poorly constructed this roster is. Just like it's extremely easy to see how poorly coached we are. Just like it's extremely easy to see how poorly these players play. 

It's all quite obvious, IMO.

Hunter wasn’t going to sign anywhere else and the Panthers were waiting to see where the Theilen stuff ended up and they weren’t gonna let Tremayne go to waivers.

Evero was literally the hottest name at the time for DC but Canales probably doesn’t have a tie in for his own DC.

If Evero is fired it’s probably gonna be an open spot as opposed to someone that Dave has worked with.
