I disagree.  The 2024 draft was a once a generation draft, so it's a clear and obvious outlier.  It's going to be a typical 3-4 first round QB draft.  Mateer, Mendoza, Nussmeir and Moore (if declares) all have hallmarks of a QB1.  The only group that needs a QB to help their evaluation is WRs, possibly TEs. 

I can tell you right now that Tet is legit, XL is a bum, Coker is a WR3/WR4 and Renfro is a bandage. Horn isn't getting the snaps regardless of the QB to evaluate. Moore, well...lol. Swapping QBs isn't going to change my mind on any of that.

edit: okay found it and played it lol. Btw he looks like his back hurts the way he is walking, might be all that weight he has put on.

I am pretty unimpressed by the 2025 draft holdovers. Beck, Allar, Nussmeier, etc. So far it looks heavy with Day 2 and 3 QB's early. Time will tell.

I am less concerned about the QB at the moment. The team is too bad. This team needs talent and playing ability. Not ceiling, not RAS BS. Players that can become core guys.

IDGAF if that is a QB or not. Just get players.

      Well one thing about the end of that. I don’t think Bryce Young would have replaced Dalton last year if there hadn’t been the wreck.  I think Dalton would have kept playing and Bryce would have been gone at the end of season. Canales got caught in a situation where he couldn’t really bench him because the team was looking better in games (even though a lot of it was running the ball better and playing better defense). So he was kinda trapped and didn’t have an out to make a change going into this season.    If we lose to Miami, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a change back to Andy. Bryce has played bad but hasn’t had a total meltdown yet. That 2nd half in Arizona saved his ass as well.    so overall had Andy left 30 seconds sooner or later that day, we might have a different QB right now.

      Andy is about the only coach who would put up with his awful mechanics as long as he could produce on the field. I didn't say Young could do it.
