The mental side of the game, hands and inability to stay healthy was/is his main problems.  His athletic ability was never in question.  Staying healthy is mostly luck...yes some things can mitigate injuries to a degree, but injuries are largely unpredictable.  That part of the equation is what it is.

Not being the sharpest tool in the shed, it was always going to take him a while to 'get' the NFL.  I'm still not sure he completely does, but it does seem like he's progressing.  My biggest frustration with him is his hands, rather is body tendency to body catch instead of snatching passes.  If he can continue to work on that and know his playbook, I think XL can eventually be a solid WR.
