Canes vs Lightning 7pm

Last night went from cloud 9, best performance all year and domination to crap. 55 minutes of great hockey and the panthers started playing dirty.  All Svech has to do is just shoot it vs getting fancy on an empty net.  Trying to injure players, refs missing calls, alas we still got a point. Hopefully Jarvis is not out super long. I’m sure receipts are coming Tuesday. Until then,  we have the Lightning. Get up on the horse and keep playing. Keep the points streak alive to 7.

I think all of us are. I don’t  know what pissed me off more. The refs. The dirty play from the cats or Svech passing up an empty netter that would have sealed it.   It was a true perfect storm of how to blow a 3-0 lead in the third.

The refs man.  They let Florida get away with anything.  At some point someone needs to do the rest of us a favor and put one of the Panthers in the emergency room.  That's whats gonna happen eventually.

I’ll be there live Tuesday. This one may end up being a game where 6 people per team are in the penalty box after the first 2 minutes.

Svechnikov passing up an empty netter leading to Jarvis getting hurt in an OT that we shouldn't have been playing.

Jarvis may be done for the year I'd be shocked if he didnt break a rib and make his shoulder injury worse.....

And make no mistake Jarvy is the player we could least afford to lose, the only bona fide goal scorer we have.

There is a Grand Canyon-sized chasm between your opinion and the opinions of most former player hockey guys who do this for a living.

Man I hear you but the combo of his stats and what I’ve seen, i disagree. Sure he has moments but overall, just gets beat just like a Rags fans said he does.

Stats mean dick unless context is there. Aho's stats say he's about a point-per-game player, but the reality is he disappears for games at a time.

On another note, the Canes will either be pissed off they blew a 3-0 lead in 10 minutes and they'll play like it, or...

They'll fold after losing the face of the franchise and the combination of b2b road games still trying to put a complete starting roster on the ice since opening day.
