As someone who has not liked Bryce throughout the season…

We had 3 TO and only needed like 30 yards and we called 3 straight deep shots and didn’t gain a inch in 4 plays…..

we’ve loss 3 games straight with all of them being of importance

team comes out as sloppy as ever to start…

ravens just got rid of a coach that consistently got them to the playoffs because of similar reasons, Dave ain’t it

Evero is playing the same shell that most teams are.  Hes not the problem.

Dave Canales was the weak link today.

It doesnt matter what most teams do.  It was exactly what the rams wanted which is why they didnt even worry about using their timeouts.  They knew if they didnt call a timeout we would keep sitting in that soft zone.  We did exactly what they wanted us to do.

Do you exist in a world where QB limitations aren't factored into play calling?

^^^^^ you seriously must be blind...

3 time outs 38 seconds and a QB who has had trouble stretching the field so what do you do? You call 4 and 5 man routes that are all mid/deep and on the boundary???? Thats exactly what you shouldn't do 😂 this was the time to take the 8 yard dump offs 2-3 times and hope for 5 yards YAC.... THEY LEFT THE MIDDLE WIDE OPEN AND YOU NEED 30 YARDS TO ATTEMPT THE TIE.

Its a bottom 15 defensive roster man.  You have to set your expectations based on the players on the field first.  Evero had a great season and I can't fault him for that last drive.  Great throw beats great coverage.

We had something working on defense and totally went away from it on the last drive because he got scared about losing the game.  It would be different if we didnt start to give their offense problems the whole 2nd half.

that last rams drive begs to differ but i agree with you for the most part. Evero let them walk down the field with zero pushback and canales was just as much of a cuck

Evero called a great game up till the final 3 minutes. The Rams found success in teh middle of the field and Evero never adjusted.

Still, he has performed way better this season than I anticipated and unlike last season, would be fine with bringing him back. Just need to find a pass rush.

    • It will be really interesting to see how both sides handle this. I'm sure the team would love to get him signed to a 4 year deal based on his output so far and some potential factored in, i.e. something like a 4 year $30 million contract.  But I could see his agent telling him the best path is to take the one year offer, put up a big year next year and then really cash in. The team also has to keep in mind T-Mac's 2nd contract, which likely will happen after the 2027 season assuming he keeps improving as expected.  Even if we could get him on a budget 4 year deal for what he could become, the problem then becomes when he wants to re-negotiate in 2 years during the same summer we will extend T-Mac, and you don't want to spend that much on WRs in one offseason, just see the Bengals this last year. Taking everything into consideration, I'm thinking the 1 year deal and then getting him to sign a 4-5 year deal after hopefully say a 800ish yard season next year might be best for our cap situation and separate his and T-Mac's negotiation periods.
    • And yet jax made it no further than we did, and its very possible the Pats don't either. I think it speaks more to the overall down year for the nfl as far as having great/dominant teams, every team this year has fatal flaws that can be exploited
    • Ehhh I agree the nfc is stronger this year but their really werent any truly dominant teams this year everyone is flawed, I think the narrative for the NFL this year will to try ahd force a Josh Allen SB win
