So like I said, he could have brought Jones in this year instead of Rodgers. My point being those were his choices and a big part of what people are measured by are the choices they make. Those were not good choices.

Maybe you look at the GM as much as the coach.
 

And Jones looked really good for sure, but who finished the year and at least got their team to the playoffs?

You make it sound like Jones' failed. He didn't. Purdy just recovered and took his starting job back. 

Yes, the Steelers went to the playoffs again and immediately lost - again.
