I want to like Woods more, but there's something about him that I don't think will translate well over to the NFL. I thought he and Banks had potential to be our pick at 19, but I'm moving more away from this....defintely on Banks.

If Freeling isn't there at 19, I hope we move back.

In the mid-20s, I'd feel more comfortable with Iheanachor or Lomu. I don't feel like Miller can play LT, though he'd be a great replacement for Moton at RT. I'm also out on Proctor for OT.

A.J. Brown trade discussions are not dead. Last week, I was told the Rams discussed trading for Eagles WR A.J. Brown before dealing for CB Trent McDuffie. Dialogue slowed, but Los Angeles continues to monitor the status of the three-time Pro Bowler with interest. We’ll see where both parties go from here.

patiently waiting for the Taylor Decker signs a one year deal to Carolina news to drop and ease my concerns about next year

This will be interesting. If they go splash money (do we have the cap space?) on him in FA they will be covering for Bryce. If they do nothing in FA at LT, we know someone sitting above of us in the draft like Cleveland will probably pull the trigger and make it more likely that a good LT drops to 19.

I didn’t know what you meant at first until I thought about it a second. Yeah that is in play. Hmmm.

not sure if this is the best place to post this, but this is very good tool to learn about each prospect.  NFL.com does it every year.  Pretty sure I remember reading that teams also use it, but can't say for sure.  Gives great info on the position each prospect is best for, scheme fits and their weaknesses.

    • Lil Stanky 100% in the dot tonight... And our 2nd line has been our best offensive line this season. Maybe our 2C really was on the roster this whole time...?
    • That’s a grade I kind of expected tbh. I’m not a huge fan of NS, but he’s not as bad as what the huddle says he is minus the horrible game he had vs the Rams. I’ve always thought he’s often used as a scapegoat. The improved pass rush should hide his deficiencies a little bit better if he’s the game one starter. FS might have to be a position we punt on this year unless Thieneman falls to us at 19. The reality is, you're going to have a few average players in certain spots for a team with as many holes we had before free agency started. You can’t sign everyone.
    • I am by no means trying to say he's a world beater. I'm saying it's trending in the right direction. Especially when measured against himself.i think the team feel the same way or else they wouldn't have picked up his option. Plus I think there is a new idea in the NFL about these young QBs. Teams give up to soon. Browns gave up to soon on baker same with the jets on Geno and darnold. Maybe they are who you thought they were in the draft process and they need more time to develop than you originally planned. Either way. I do think he is as capable as darnold is as far as you can win a championship with him. And something he does have that darnold doesn't is he is clutch.  If I need one more drive and 2 mins to go I'm betting on Bryce and I am far from a homer, just going off his game winning drives. He has that dog in him on the last drive.
