Good episode...I can sense many things being put into place these first few episodes. Someone mentioned and I do think sh*t will pick up fast by episode 4.

Hell YES... 3rd season is a go!

They've basically said that a 3rd season would be the first half of book 3 in the series... Let's hope nothing goes wrong and we at least get to have a 4th season...

I think they've only renewed it for a third season at this point because the show's producers' initial contracts only covered a potential 3 seasons... Once they get their deals reworked, it would only be logical to add the 4th season...

Dany is in the second book a pretty good bit. There's the whole red comet storyline, which encompasses the Warlocks, The Thirteen, Belwas and Artsan Whitebeard, etc.

Maybe it is just me.....be the first episodes of season 2 haven't been that exciting. Last season was more actioned packed.
