I thought it was a solid episode. A little slow yeah but some great scenes/dialog. Arya and Tywin, Cat and Brienne, Tyrion and Bronn(you could create and entire series based on those 2 imo), etc. I'm not really feeling the stuff with Jon Snow though. It seems like he's an important character and what's happening with him has sweeping implications to every other story line, but I'm just not drawn to it.

I thought this last episode was really good, personally...

We got to see both Brienne and Jaqen develop a little more, which is a good thing...

I think Meera and Jojen have been cut... maybe they'll end up meeting up with certain folks on the road somewhere or something... it'll be interesting to see how they make that work in later seasons... They also took out the Tickler instead of Arya's first victim in the books, which was a pretty significant change, and it kinda has a small impact on something later in the series... (a certain impromptu meeting at an inn that didn't end so well for some of the parties involved)

Overall though, the TV producers are doing an excellent job... I hope they don't end up having to make up something totally stupid because of the small changes they make at this stage...

I see some people are thinking Joffrey is the main villain. He isn't, he is just a boy king with relatively little power. At this point in the story Cersei is the primary antagonist along with Tywin Lannister. 1234567890-=
