I prefer a mock that shows Carolina trading out of that #1 spot.

I think Cam to Carolina is a foregone conclusion at this point...

Also, many #1 picks are signed before hand as to make the team picking them more comfortable about the money. If we do not here any kind of agreement or signing before draft day, expect Newton not to be the pick.

Gosselin had said a while back that he didn't think we should consider Newton for #1. His choices at the time were Peterson, Dareus, Green and (I think) Fairley.

Could have changed his mind by now (don't know) but he's not the only one to suggest we shouldn't but predict that we will.

Well supposedly Jay Gruden has a hard on for Dalton, so that may be why Cincy passes.

Yeah, I can't see the Bills passing on Gabbert either. But then again, maybe they are higher on one of the 2nd round guys (Dalton, Ponder, etc.).

Miami drafting Ingram in this mock is what really stands out. If they were to spend a high pick on a young promising RB, that should theoretically skew DLo back to our side, right???
