When Fox returns to Carolina...

Recommended Posts

I give Foxy credit for usually fielding a competive team, considering the inconsistant QB play he had to deal with. It did not take long for him to land another coaching job. I would think that shows a lot of respect for him.

But, GOOOOO PANTHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should be a good game. Fox's rebuilt defense against Rivera's aggressive defense. The Golden Calf of Bristol versus Newton- a classic battle of athletic guys at quarterback- Chud against McCoy.

Lot of storylines and interesting issues. I am glad we moved on but frankly have nothing but best wishes for Fox in his second head coach gig.

Never had back to back winning seasons. Not worthy of applause IMO.

He was here for 9 seasons. Our franchse is only 16 years old. Any coach that was here for that amount of our franchises history and took us to a Super Bowl deserves an ovation. Not a loud ass cheer, but an ovation.

everyone needs to appreciate what Fox did.. without him no one can bitch and moan about the standards we all expect out of this team. so fug you all who are too short sighted and ignorant to understand such..

with that said, I hope we rip him to shreds and I hope Denver further proves what I as a Panther fan has had to endure under the Fox regime....

however, every person who thinks Fox never elevated this team is a complete dumbass...

Meh ... I will clap for Fox as he did bring us a few good seasons.

However, I will clap and maybe even shed a tear when Rivera's D repeatedly stuffs the 2nd and long draw play. I will laugh watching Fox's QB struggle as our D repeatedly stuffs 1st and 2nd down, leaving Fox's QB with third and long again. While I appreciate him for the good seasons, I'm glad we have new blood.
