I just moved to Charlotte from Auburn four months ago. I can't speak for the whole state but the areas I know are very nice. Then again, I'm probably more tolerant of rednecks than many of you. Whether or not I can understand what they say, which legitimately was an issue at times. Same goes for parts of western Georgia.

Your avy, MSPaint? We have some guys here that would hook you up.

I've been to 3 Auburn games, 2 in Auburn/1 in Tennessee. I enjoyed myself, both schools know how to party.

Oh God, absolutely. I did that in two minutes between beers last night.

And we are known for having a good party here and there. There are some nice spots in town aside from campus too.

A belated welcome to the Carolinas.......As far as which state has more rednecks.... I don't know, maybe someone can do a masters thesis on it.

I've lived in North Carolina, Alabama and Massachusetts and I must say while MA is fun, I prefer the South. People in Alabama are very welcoming, though being born in the South and loving football as I always have probably didn't hurt, nor did my political affiliation. I miss Alabama but I love it here all the same. When I'm in one state I miss the other.

    • I wonder if the Hornets view Kon and McNeeley more as forwards and plan to ship off Green/Okogie/Smith for center help. I hope they don’t plan to ship off Sexton as I like what he brings to the team. (2) G - Ball, Mann, Simpson (two-way) (3) G - Sexton, Dinwiddie, Connaughton (3) F - Miller, Knueppel, McNeeley, James (two-way) (3) F - Bridges, Williams, Salaun (3) C - Diabate, Kalkbrenner, Plumlee
    • 3 main reasons he was better in 2023 and none of them concern me for his NFL prospects 1. Totally new coaching staff that was a massive downgrade and had god awful play calling and designs, the entire fan base was ready to run the coaching staff out of town a month into their first season and the play caller ended up getting changed because it was so bad. 2. Along with the staff downgrade, his QB played significantly worse after being the Pac 12 Freshman of the Year in 2023.  Constantly missed T-Mac when he was wide open, lost out on a number of TDs and a good amount of yardage, half the time T-Mac still almost made miraculous catches on the bad passes too. 3. He hurt his ankle over the summer and missed all of fall camp only to return to practice a few days before the season started and I think he had to deal with it all season long and was slightly limping at times mid season too, but kept fighting through it to still be a 1st team All American.
    • Good luck to Burns. He’s fine as a third pairing defensemen but Rod is too stubborn to do that.
