Love Sam's INT numbers, and this team has yet to improve enough from last year's squad, but I wouldn't want to trade Philly anyone they'd want for him. Names like: Goodson, Connor, Brown are the only names I think they'd want. Actually I'd be ok with losing Brown and a pick for Asante.

I see no reason why we can't make the playoffs this year if everyone stays healthy

It depends if Cam Newton isn't another Jimmy Clausen (which I would find extremely hard to believe). Clausen could have the greatest cast in the history of the NFL, and I'm almost convinced that he still would find a way to not get the team in the postseason.

Was looking on the eagles forum, and they seem to think Asante and McDermott didn't get along too well.

Asante dislikes McD...I would be shocked if this happens. That would be so disrespectful to such a good person in this organization

those two got along famously, especially that time after the two consecutive losses to the Cowboys, when McDoormatt bellyached to the media about Asante not running the defense he had called. I'm sure those two would *love* to work together again. <_<

That's true. Asante thinks Opie is a tool. However, I would make the price very very high for them.
