    • Let's turn your point on it's head: Please name for me the college program that has consistently and reliably produced more quality NFL QB's than duds over the last 20 years. I'll wait. Even the best college programs simply do not reliably produce good NFL qb's.  According to this list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_starting_quarterbacks_in_the_National_Football_League  only Oklahoma currently has more than 2 starting NFL QB's, and that list is Mayfield, Murray and Jalen Hurts. In terms of producing QB's that start in the NFL, that's the top of the list right now. Making the argument that some QB prospect should be discounted because the school he comes from doesn't have some outstanding track record of recent success at producing NFL QB talent is an inherently flawed one for this reason.
