If only Newton's inexperience were the only problem on this team.

One thing, #1 draft picks or teams starting rookie QBs usually aren't very good or they would not have that high of a draft pick.

Statistics can be misleading meaning a QB is just a piece part to a whole, not the whole.

If the Panthers don't find DT and CB help quick and something to plug RG, it won't matter what Newton or any other QB on the roster does.

Yeah it wont matter what Cam does if Fitz is able to setup a lawn chair out there. Is Hightower still with Arizona? Seems like I heard he went somewhere? Not that it matters, if we dont fix DT Christopher Reeves could be out there and we would give up 200 on the ground.

Leave it to ESPN to spin anything with Cam into something negative even when it's not.

Those stats are very encouraging because the pressure is off to believe u need to go out and win ur first game or else ur a failure. But winning the first game after a dismal season is good feeling.

Doesn't mean a thing for the future player he can become if he wins or losses his first game... he isn't playing every position on the field... but I am interested to see his growth.
