ok , fine...

6 Probowls

Top 25 all time in Passes completed, Passing Yards, Passing attempts, Passing TDs, Passer Rating, Passing yards per game, Passing attempts per game, and Pass completions per game.

But fine, he is WAY overrated and "terrible" and was never really that good. I know I'm glad we didnt draft him.

/sarcasm

I didn't say terrible.

He has always been overrated IMO, very much like Big Ben.

Rex's performance isn't exactly surprising to me, he has always had these kind of good performances throughout his career. The problem is that he's never been able to string them together. If he starts doing this consistently then I'll be shocked.

Yep. The Bears Super Bowl season I recall he had something like the most high rated game performances while simultaneously having some of the worst.

The Texans don't surprise me. The AFC South is their division without Peyton running the Colts, Tennesee getting rebooted, and scrubs running the show in Jacksonville (ya, they won, but not by much against a rebuild team).

My surprise win was the Redskins. Rex Grossman.... really?

I didn't even think he was in the league anymore.

I was in KC visiting my lady and I called the Bills winning the night before the game, man I pretty much got poo on by all of her coworkers, just wish I could have stayed around to see what they had to say after the game lol.

Edit: oh and just for my own ego enjoyment, I called the Redskins for the win as well.

    • I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.
    • Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
    • What the Panthers should target in order (via free agency or via trade): 1. Julian Blackmon  2. Mike Hilton 3. Jaire Alexander 4. Jalen Ramsey
