Opinion: The play that lost us the game

that was another bad play but it wasn't the single play that lost us the game.

unfortunately it immediately preceded King going 50 yards for a TD.:puke:

And that was because we blitzed, and no one was in coverage, and is also the play(which now hard for me too look at) where Beason went down.

To put in perspective though: We played on the Road on the West Coast our first game with a rookie QB. All in all it was a 'moral victory'

Legs blew those two passes at the end of the game. He stumbled on the first and failed to fight through a jam and therefore failed to even make a play on the ball on the second pass.

Marshall would've been wise to stay a Panther, instead of being in the shadows of a Rookie CB in Zona

Trying a 58 yarder at that time of the game would have been a huge mistake.

Chances of making it are less than 50%. Miss it and you give the Cards the ball on the 48 yard line.

I heard others say it was a 52 yarder but you are right that it woulda been longer.

the sack really killed that drive, but that wasn't all Cam's fault. We had some weird 3rd down playcalls.

while beason did go down on the play, that did not spring King... Beason was not in position to make that play (did he miss King in the first place? don't know) and his acceleration to attempt to catch him caused the injury it looked like.

man what a terrible play, that play sucked for so many reasons.

Would have liked to see Cam try and make a play with his legs in one of the last four plays from the 10 or 5 to try and get in and tie it

What about the illegal hands to the face call on Trevell Warton that canceled out a 29 yard run by Jon Stewart ( who is on my fantasy team) ouch that hurt. Definitly the best run of the game.

10 plays penalized for 74 yards. Many of them negating big plays.
